We could therefore hold the conclusive evidence you need, which could prevent expensive legal bills or cut lengthy negotiations short. Over the last few years we have solved hundreds of disputes and our research could mean the end to a usually stressful situation.

We provide official letters to authenticate the date the requested aerial photograph was taken - as required by solicitors/courts in legal disputes, additional prints may also be provided if required.

Once we have determined the coverage of your area by checking maps and pilot sheets we then know which films contain images of your area. We then we go through each film manually to find your land or property, carefully sifting through hundreds, even thousands of images. To assist us in the search a current photograph or detailed description is therefore essential.
